Gossamer Blue | November layout, LOVE...

wow, i just have to say that it's hard to pick just one kit that is the ultimate fave. though, November's Gossamer Blue kit pose an amazing color palette that i could not resist. i made creating enjoyable to the max!

the design is one of my favorites and a go to every now an then... using words to create the foundation of my page. i used three different sizes of the word 'love', part of the main kit digital file, and cut out with my Cameo. i love yellow and how well purple contrasts, yet compliments at the same time.

once the background was created, i designed around it, adding elements to balance out the design and highlight the b&w photos. the images are blurry, but printing them small you can't really tell. plus, i really love the photos of my daughter and couldn't resist scrapping them. journaling is added through the page, on the lines... keeping with the randomness of the geometric pattern.
