Gossamer Blue | project 12 | June edition...

while working on the June pages for project 12 this month, it really made me wish summer wasn't coming to an end. June marks the end of the school year and the beginning of summer, which made this months spread bittersweet... and am super excited to have the first year documented...YES! makes me so happy and proud to actually continue this project as long as i have. reflecting back each month makes this project so fun....

like last months project 12, i kept w/ the typed journaling cards. i really love the look and the amount of words i can fit onto each card. each one was embellished with machine stitching and stamps by

 

i'm also trying to document words my kids express more often. i find it's fun when we all reminisce about the things they do and say and to have it written down makes it even more meaningful.

a LOT occurred during them month of June... so, i added another page insert. this time using 6x4 photos, which were split in half to fit into the page insert i trimmed to 6x11.
